Confused?

I haven't been paying much attention to the game info that is being released and only saw the very end of the PoP 3 commercial (which I'm very mad at because I haven't seen the commercial since), but how is Farah going to be in the third game when we all know what happened at the end of the first game SoT? I say it kind of cryptic just in case someone here is in the middle of the game or hasn't played it and just interested in this group. So can someone help me? I am pretty sure you know what I am talking about when I said that.
